His Majesty Michael I King of the Romanians and Romanian Minister of Defense H.E. Teodor Melescanu received the delegation of the Marmara Foundation during their visit to Bucharest to join the works of the Black Sea Project Center of the Black Sea University Foundation. The delegation was formed by Dr. Akkan Suver, President of the Marmara Foundation, and Gen. (Ret.) Necdet Timur, Chairman of the Academic Council of the Marmara Foundation.
