Esteemed President,
Distinguished Parliamentarians,
I would like to avail myself of this opportunity to share a personal note with you. I have been appointed as the Honorary Consul General of Montenegro in Istanbul by the Government of the Republic of Montenegro which is a newly established independent European and Balkan State. As the Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Montenegro, I would like to present a motion for the consideration of your high authority, about the possibility of extending an invitation to the Republic of Montenegro to become a member country of the PABSEC which had been represented in the PABSEC by the Former State of Serbia and Montenegro until a short period of time.
I believe that the accession of the Republic of Montenegro to the PABSEC will bring a renewed significant and valuable sense of cooperation among the membership of your august assembly.
I would like to reiterate that I submit this idea, to the consideration of your high authority; and, not as a formal proposal.
Thank you for your attention.
