Dr. Akkan Suver Participated to the Caspian Outlook 2008 Meeting Dr. Akkan Suver - President of the Marmara Foundation participated to the “Caspian Outlook 2008 Meeting” on 27-28 August 2006, in Bled Slovenia. During the meeting Dr. Suver realized bilateral meetings with Dimitrij Rupel – Foreign Minister of Slovenia, Andrej Vizjak – Minister of Economy of Slovenia, Benita Ferrero-Waldner – Commissioner for the External Relations of the EU Commission, Petras Vaitikunas - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, Evgeniya Koldanova – Deputy Foreign Minister of Bulgaria, Ilan Berman – Vice President of the American Foreign Policy and the President of the Project on Transitional Democracies. Except for Dr. Akkan Suver, Osman Saim Dinç – General Manager of the Turkish Natural Oil and Natural Gas Company, Prof. Dr. Kemal Kirişçioğlu – Academician at Bosphorus University and Suat Kınıklıoğlu – Director of The German Marshall Fund of the United States participated from Turkey.
